Patrick launched his investing career in
1999 when he began raising money for start
up companies. After being involved with
the high risk, high reward world of venture
capital and owning real estate, Patrick
immediately gravitated to mortgage note
investing. Patrick has transacted millions
in private note trades and is a managing
partner in the Everly Ma Capital Group.

and non-performing notes secured by single
family and multi-family real estate. At
Everly Mae Capital Group the focus is on
helping borrowers to remain in their
