Daphne Wilson

I’m a former corporate I.T. consultant, turned real estate investor; born and raised in Chicago, IL. I’m the president of Bell Financial Mortgage Investments and the founder of Note Newbie Investment Education. I’ve been investing in second mortgages since 2014 and empowering others to invest in this little-known industry since 2017.

My passions include: helping homeowners in distress, learning, traveling, and cooking. My experience as an investor, has allowed me to reach thousands of people across the globe. I’ve personally helped hundreds of homeowners get back on track with paying their mortgages thereby avoiding foreclosure.
